Job Brief

We are looking for people who are passionate about sales, business and startup development. If you’re a sales addict, and willing to be responsible for the corresponding division while coordinating the lead generation strategic initiatives (including marketing) and love the challenges in a fast-growing start-up company, we’d like to get to know you and discuss more this opportunity. We expect you to:

  • Define the sales strategy and lead generation initiatives from scratch in the dental field in Spain
  • Take responsibility for the definition, implementation of the sales strategy and the achievement of the sales target 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc)
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Accountability to coordinate and execute sales and strategic lead generation projects in line with the Company’s objectives
  • Define, assign and track internal and external resources to ensure a flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure projects and deliverables are on-schedule
  • Follow-up and analysis of the viability of the activities performed
  • Project definition and translation to an action plan with the help of the team 
  • Teamwork, reporting and adherence to internal policy
  • Scaling of the resources and activities when needed
  • Participation in the definition of the strategy of the company
  • Resource planning 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish & English Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Diploma or experience in the biotechnology, medical device, dental or health sector will be highly regarded 
  • English&Spanish required
