Badi, the platform that is changing the way we live in cities and share our homes, is looking for a new key player in the marketing team: a Communication & Social Media Manager. In this position, you will be in charge of all the communication strategy of the company, not only through the management of our social media, our PR agency, and our blog but also in the content of the product and the different channels of communication that we have.
As Badi has already started with the expansion plan in Europe, this position means that you will have the opportunity to escalate your work in different countries and build your own team.

- Develop and lead the implementation of the brand message across all relevant digital touch points and drive an effective Digital Communications strategy with innovative business driving initiatives.
-Create and execute online editorial calendar and strategy.
- Coordinate together with the different country managers in order to replicate our strategy in the different countries where Badi is landing.
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies working with 3rd party partners or agencies.
-Press releases, newsletters management and relationship with journalists.
-Responsible for maintaining and developing content consistent with the brand image.
-Manage social media channels; defining Social Media strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google +, Snapchat, Badi blog and emerging platforms.
-Develop and implement community promotion and engagement strategies and tactics that relate to the company’s strategic goals.
-Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure successful and coordinated campaigns are implemented for communication.
-Relevant experience in Social Networks & PR management
-High-level or native English speaker / bilingual in Spanish.
-Previous experience in Startup or fast-paced environment
-Previous experience managing an international social media team across Europe.
