Join Flylancer’s Founding Team:

At Flylancer we're busy building the world's largest global offline community for remote workers. Our HQ is based in Barcelona and many of our team are based all over the world working remotely. 15 months down the road, Flylancer is looking for 2 experienced experts to join our founder as a full time vested business partners in the following roles:

1. CFO/CEO - Experienced Finance & Business Lead 

2. CMO -  Digital Marketing and Growth Lead

CFO/CEO: 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and analysing data flow & databases  
  • Testing, measuring and analysing key company revenue streams  
  • Overseeing company cash flows, balance sheets and managing payments  
  • Crafting and implementing new data analytics processes with CTO  
  • Leading bids for funding and business growth: Angels and VCs
  • Developing and implementing data driven business strategy with Founder
  • Drafting & implementing monthly and quarterly roadmaps with Founder
  • Managing & measuring team KPIs and company goals together with COO  
  • Developing company processes and culture in preparation to scale with COO  
  • Various other tasks that come with the position of running a company

Professional Experience & Requirements: 

  • Business Leader - Proven track record of transforming ideas into profit generating businesses either as a founder or as a senior level manager.
  • Business Planning - Experience drafting company roadmaps and helping teams work towards clear goals and KPIs designed to impact the bottom line.
  • Data Driven Strategist - Your love for numbers goes deep, your empirical and let the numbers speak for themselves when making strategic decisions.
  • Accounting Skills - You have in-depth experience in business and startup accounting.

CMO: 

Professional Experience & Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive demonstrable portfolio of previous work for either startup / digital company and /or SAAS platform.
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive growth goals and leading customer acquisition to take that start-up from early to growth phase.
  • A deep love and understanding of data. We're looking for someone with a mastery of key web analytics and business intelligence platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics.
  • Intrinsic knowledge of conversion funnels, growth hacking techniques and digital marketing trends.
  • Deep understanding of how the qualitative impacts the quantitative. We'll be relying on you to implement personas, competitive landscape and value proposition matrix testing into your marketing plan.
  • Investment. You have experience compiling startup investment decks and improving KPIs in preparation for valuation and VC funding rounds.
  • Experience scaling and managing teams, setting, managing and tracking marketing budgets.
  • Experience working alongside development resources to execute the technical requirements for improving sales funnel conversion rates (landing page A/B testing, CTA testing, UX testing, etc.)
  • Passion and understanding for growing communities both online and offline.  Methodical and scientific mind with a creative streak to help us push through to the next level.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven, conversion and growth oriented digital marketing strategy.
