In this International Business Development Manager job, your role will involve:

  • Managing and improving working relationships with partners
  • Generate leads and arrange client meetings
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Meet sales targets
  • Liaising with potential partners over the phone and via email
  • Using product and process knowledge to judge the suitability potential partners
  • Creating and maintaining client records within the company CRM system
  • Supporting potential clients during the activation journey
  • Hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • Helping to grow this new branch of the business
  • Attending various networking events

Main requirements for the position

  • At least 1 year of experience in a business development, B2B or startup  role
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence at all levels 
  • High analytical skills
  • Confidence to work autonomously and liaise with an eclectic mix of senior business leaders
  • Utilising existing networks and relationships to build new business 
  • Business savvy with a keen interest in technology
  • Sales skills - cold calling, sales meetings, account management, account growth, etc
  • Full fluency in English
  • Desirable a master degree in business, technology or related industry
  • Good to have experience with Fintech and/or Software industries
