Job Description

We are currently seeking a high-motivated, creative, analytical Market Launch Operations as we launch Badi globally. In this role, you will report to the International Expansion Manager and contribute to the success of our expansion into several critical foreign markets, contributing to multiple aspects of the launch process.

In order to succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven and task-oriented, have a passion for learning and engaging with new cultures, and a desire to build a business from the ground up.

Market Launch Operations Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for growth in our new markets
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including performance and offline marketing channels
  • Lead local guerilla marketing campaigns (e.g. events, activations)
  • Facilitate our collaboration with our partner PR agencies
  • Perform analysis to understand how we can best accelerate growth and have a deep understanding of our user base and metrics in each market
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the market and users to ensure product-market fit
  • Help build the user experience journey to ensure all customers have a great experience
  • Drive process improvement across all areas of the launch  
  • Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
  • Contribute to building and refining our Market Launch Playbook
  • Adapt the business model to be locally and culturally relevant while maintaining consistency across markets
  • Develop a constant pulse for competitors’ marketing activities
  • Liaise with central HQ team in Barcelona

Market Launch Operations Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-growing tech startup, ideally in an international business setting
  • Degree in Marketing, Operations, Business or relevant field in a top-tier university preferred
  • Proven experience in marketing, operations, process, or strategy
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable with analysing and manipulating data
  • Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
  • Strong strategic planning and effective project management skills
  • Hustler mentality - ability to get things done and effective at multitasking
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing, early stage environment
  • Excellent communicator with all teams across the business
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Native English speaker with grasp of 1+ more European languages (French a plus)
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay in a launch market for an extended period of time
