Job Description


The Customer Success Manager will help us taking care of new and existing clients, while ensuring that clients can pass from the initial freemium plan to the paid plans. 

We need for somebody that is self-starter, extremely extrovert, happy to talk over the phone or face-to-face with customers. The ulitmate goal of this person will be to maximise the "Wow moments" for our customers. 

If you are extrovert, comfortable talking on the phone and face to face meetings, cheerful, good at planning, a self starter who likes planning and schedules and love achieving goals this is the perfect positions for you. 


  • Some experience in a similar customer facing role is preferred.
  • Experience in a SAAS company will be highly valued.
  • Both Spanish and English at proficiency level (written and spoken) are fundamental. Please do not apply if your are not proficient in one of these two languages.
