How long do I have to complete the Challenge?

Ok, but how long does it take to complete a Challenge?
Anywhere between 1 and 3 hours maximum. You have a time allocated (play-time)
that can vary based on the time you applied for the job position.

Three independent industry experts in the area of the job you are applying for are
tasked to review all responses and provide feedback to the applicants and an overall
What do you mean with “the experts leave you a feedback?”
These independent industry experts are specifically tasked to provide you with a
constructive and supportive feedback. Our aim is not only that you apply for a job, but
also that you can learn something thanks to the support of senior experts in that role.
Is my submission anonymous?
Your submissions are anonymous. Only your username will be displayed as part of your
answer. The experts or the other players cannot see your real identity. Only recruiters
have access to your personal information.
Can I see the other players’ submissions?
You can read the submissions from all other job-applicants and a leaderboard showing
where you stand compared to the others when feedback time starts.
What is Feedback Time?
A Challenge has a specific time set at the very end (generally at 4 days) where the
industry experts have a set time allocated to evaluate all participants’ submissions.
How are points assigned?
The points are assigned by the experts depending on their subjective evaluation of
What happens if I score more points than anybody else?
It means that you win the Challenge and most probably experts have recommended
you to the recruiting company for the job.
Is this information stored somewhere for future use?
If you are recommended by one or more experts for a job we store that information in
our database and present it to companies looking for people with the skills certified
during the Challenge.
Can I edit my response after submitting it?
Yes, you can edit your submission as many times as you want until when play-time
ends (you will see the counter on your Challenge)
Can the experts ask some follow
up questions to better understand
Yes they can. In case they do, we will send you an email to notify you of a comment or
questions that has been made to your post
